Our low overhead cost means that we can offer very competitive pay and benefits package to your Personal Care Assistants, because we do not have to focus on our bottomline unlike other corporate agencies, nor are we bound by a franchise agreement to prioritize the agency’s finances over quality of services.

  • Being deeply intrenched in immigrant and new American communities and then bringing our first-hand knowledge of cultural bias, and using that knowledge to create trusted relationships between immigrant and new American communities and TruCare
  • Share this openness and tolerance to anyone regardless of culture, faith, ethnicity or disability. We support everyone at TruCare.
  • We come to the table having experienced cultural bias ourselves and take time to remind each other that each experience is unique. By maintaining openness, we are able to maintain trusted relationships.
  • We have acknowledged our unique experiences as our own and make this the starting place to learn from each consumer we support.
  • We offer a pathway to each consumer to the PCA of their choice. We make our consumers aware that hiring within their own community is an option and ensure our business practices are shaped by the many cultures we support.
